Baby corn Manchurian

Recipe of Baby Corn Manchurian:

INGREDIENTS:
1. Baby corn (20)
2. Corn flour (20 teaspoons)
3. Chill powder (1 tea spoon)
4. Salt (2 teaspoon)
5. 2 Onions (chopped)
6. 2 Capsicum
7. Ginger – Garlic Paste
8. Tomato Sauce (as required)
9. Chill sauce (as required)

Method:

1. First take the baby corn and cut into the small pieces.
2. Take the corn flour, add 1 table spoon salt and 1 table spoon red chill powder and make a batter, it should be of a thick. Consistency.
3. Dip the baby corn in the batter and deep fry it.
4. Pour 3 tablespoons oil in a pan and add chopped onions, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, green chilies and fry it.
5. Add the deep fried baby corn, tomato sauce and Soya sauce.
6. Sauté for 10 minutes on medium heat.
7. Serve!
