FINGER CHIPS Ingredients 1.Potatoes (1/2 KG) 2.Oil for frying 3.1 Teaspoon salt 4.1 Teaspoon red chilly powder Method: 1.Wash the Potatoes and remove the outer skin of the potatoes and cut into long and thin pieces. 2.Heat the oil for frying and put the potato pieces in that pan and fry for 3 to 5 minutes. 3.When the potato becomes crisp remove and put into the tissue papers to soak the excess oil from the potatoes. 4.After this add salt and red chilly powder and sprinkle. Your delicious and easy to prepare finger chips are ready to eat.
